We are Nick and Gretchen Lutz. We have been married for over 27 years and have been together a total of 33 years. The first decade of our marriage we were chasing everything but God. That included money, status, image, alcohol, pornography and anything else that seemed fun at the time. The second decade brought us our two beautiful children which also led our hearts back to church. Although we only kept God up on a shelf in our home, at least we began to realize our need for Him. The last decade plus of our marriage we have been passionate about marriage ministry and have realized it is the very foundation and purpose of our story. We know firsthand what it is like to have a marriage without relying on the Lord, we also can relate to being lukewarm and calling on Him at the "appropriate" times. But most importantly, we know what kind of marriage is possible when we surrender it all and place God in the very center. He can bring healing and restoration to any marriage when we just call on Him and equip ourselves with practical tools.
